Eclair Pistachio

Eclair Pistachio is a traditional French dessert with thin layers of dough containing butter and eggs and stuffed with soft pistachio cream prepared with hot milk, ground pistachios, vanilla, and sugar. Eclair Pistachios have a beautiful circular shape with a crisp outer crust covering the creamy filling with unique pistachio flavor. The eclair is topped with roasted pistachio beans.
